Full overviewOpen section

Vrtnarko began with my idea for an application that would make gardening knowledge more accessible and help people plan, understand, and care for their plants. I shaped the concept, created the product and developed the prototype in React. Although it was never publicly released, the project became a complete competition concept that I presented in front of an audience and jury.

Gardening information can feel fragmented and difficult for beginners to apply. The concept needed to turn plant knowledge, identification, planning, and ongoing care into one approachable mobile experience, while also being convincing as an entrepreneurial idea.

What I worked onOpen section

Idea creator, product designer, developer & presenter

Vrtnarko was my original idea. I defined the problem, imagined how the application should help gardeners, created its visual and product direction, and built the prototype in React. I also prepared the story around the product and personally presented the complete concept in front of the audience and judging panel.

Key decisions & lessonsOpen section

End-to-end ownership

I carried the project from the initial idea through product definition, interface design, React development, and final presentation.

Product thinking

The work combined a user problem, a focused feature set, visual identity, and an entrepreneurial story rather than only implementation.

Public presentation

I presented the project before both an audience and a judging panel, communicating and defending the idea under competition conditions.
